葉素蕊 YEH Su-Jui ЪۜႭ Description
˸อ϶۬ඥᄽɹމ௴Ъ೯ซdߎЍᅄ͛նݺɢၾঐඎd Drawing inspiration from the Hsinchu City God Temple entrance, the work
utilizes red to symbolize vitality and energy. In ancient times, red was
ί̚˾dʕߎЍۆ༶͜ίόఃᅅɪdɰ݊ෂ୕ᄽρܔ
used in various festive occasions and is a traditional color often seen in
ጘ੬ٙ͜ᕙЍdࠦʕ˸Ϟື۱ٙߎЍࠦd˾ڌഹ temple architecture. The composition features a rhythmic arrangement
۬ඥᄽ࠰˦ཻସd̸ᗙ݊ϞഹܹҖᕣᅽܔጘٙϵϋϼֳd of red tones, symbolizing the bustling activity and prosperity of the City
God Temple. On the left, there is a century-old shop with arched arcade

architecture. Amidst the noisy and crowded streets, black figures move
ٙːۍ݊ଯᕎٙf about. This is metaphor of how people are in the crowd, yet deep down
inside, we are distant.
