Description
This work is created by placing two images
right next to each other. The bottom image is the
guardian left behind after the tribal village was
relocated after Typhoon Morakot; the top image
is the flowers planted by the villagers at the new
village. After 12 years in nature, they continue to
stand and safeguard the indigenous homeland,
whereas the people, who have been relocated, have
inherited the ancestral spirit, and have blossomed
like the flowers elsewhere with their optimistic
nature.
