Description
Using canned food as the vehicle of memory to
convey a memory of marriage that will never expire
and disappear.
Using my parents' wedding pictures and daily
pictures to construct the inside and outer
packaging of the canned food, and interpreting
symbolic images, such as the ancient wedding
token of geese, rose pattern, and blue sky and
green earth.
The background features Mom's handwritten diary
to set o the subject.
I aim to interpret the value of marriage using
the canned food of marriage, and hope that the
canned food in everyone's mind will never expire
and always be wonderful. "
