Description
If unauthorized building construction is illegal,
what about the residents of these structures
and their“illegal existence”? These socially
disadvantaged people seem to be left out by
l
society and live on this“illegally-existing”and;
they are not able to strive for anything there
and are deemed law-breakers because of their
poverty. Is poverty a sin?
