The winter day is mildly chilly, and the banks
of a small creek remain lush and green. The
refreshing aftermath of a light shower washes
away dust, satisfying the senses, allowing me
to feel the rhythmic flow of breath through
inhales and exhales. Raindrops create ripples
on the water's surface, accompanied by the
songs of birds—life's vitality is everywhere.
Embrace all changes, as it is nature, as well
as inner peace! There will come a time when
leaves fall from branches and ripples settle.
Despite life's challenges, even the fiercest
storms will eventually subside into calm and
tranquility, as serene as being submerged
underwater.
