When I was walking, I saw the ground below
was like a symbol, a puzzle, and a silent,
prayer-like place. The work records how I was
constantly nurtured by the artistic soil of Tunghai
University. Creating works, I often wander
between completion and incompletion, and
objects are regarded as wastes; they are mottled
and broken, and deemed imperfect by subjective
visual perception. However, are they really
imperfect? Exploring the conversation between
completion and incompletion in a life where art
is belief.
