Description
The two old banyan trees in Taichung have unique
forms; the branches are closely intertwined, like an
inseparable couple of lovers. Touched by them, I
created this ink painting. I also saw two squirrels
playing in the branches, echoing the forms of the
two old banyan trees, so I depicted them on the
two banyan trees looking at each other to add a
touch of charm, and named the painting “See.”
