Description
The understanding of and long for living in
seclusion of a slow-paced person in the fast-paced
age. The indoor scene, sparrows, banana leaves,
and the motorcycles under the elevated road, all
suggest a connection of indoor and outdoor spaces.
The person in the painting seems to be leaving, or
coming home, and as his mood transitions from
home to outdoor, he loses his balance, and is used
to being busy. These are the traces of life the author
has perceived.
