HSIEH Chi-Wen

Description
People say the world has only planes, no lines; to
us, it is vast and unlimited, and that is why we use
lines to draw limits, as a way of organizing our
rational thoughts. I regard them as the way we
see the world and express ourselves.
Using ink and bubbles to blow into various forms,
as the bubbles burst, they bleed through into
di erent shapes. I continue to layer on di erent
colors and add layers, and then use ink lines to
construct my world.
