Exhibition of Taichung City Taiwan's climate is wet and humid—typical weather for a tropical island. During
the rainy season, it rains incessantly for days. This is when you'll see people
scurrying on the roads with umbrellas in their hands. The sound of the raindrops
falling on the umbrellas accompanies them home in the rain.
