這幅作品主要是捕捉女性回頭瞬間凝視的神
情，以烏鴉圍繞與乾枯植物呈現出悲傷憂鬱
的氛圍，並在上下各用半圓隱喻女性對另一 墨 Ink Wash Painting First Prize
半的期盼，而在色彩部分只將人物用鮮豔的
色彩表現，其他則以墨色為重，產生強烈且
鮮明的感覺。
Description
This painting,“Contemplating”captures a
,

woman's facial expression the moment she
turns her head and gazes into the distance.
The crows and dried-up plants are intentionally
positioned around her to create a sorrowful,
depressing atmosphere. The semi-circles on
both the upper and lower parts of the painting
imply her desire to seek the better half. In this
work, only the woman is presented with bright
colors, as opposed to her black-and-white
surroundings, creating a powerful contrast.
