Description
S t r e tc h”i s i n s p i r e d by t h e M a n d a r i n
character“ ”(“shan”), which reminded
the artist of the human body’ structure.

Kuo utilized steel pipes to construct the main
skeleton and also created joints and muscles.
The artist presents the texture of body, as well
as the aesthetics of Chinese language, through
this art piece.
