ɠ଱㋱㋱ٙЂोձՐᄀٙሥЂ໒բˏҢซৎ܀ഁࣛٙ౻൥d The sight of scarred chopping block and the pungent smell of pork
reminded me of childhood scenes. A relative we called "Grand-Auntie"
ɓЗ၈խ˜ᓎ੏™ٙፋગί̹ఙርሥЂdڛᏅ຾੬ჯഹҢ̘
sold pork in the market. Grandma often took me to fetch lard and pork
ࣅሥذձሥذ୒˺dֳ࢕͂झܝึደɓࡈɽᒢ⑿ሥذdɛࡁ cracklings. After the shop closed, they would heat a large pot to render
ఖഹذᒢᆠችඝ୨ɰΨఀʃ܀৪කiુජጕආମඊٙϼ̹ pork fat. People gathered around the pot, chatting lively or yelling at
children to step aside. The setting sun peeked into the old market of
ఙd౴ჶ௔ᕎٙ޶ؐऎజᆦᆦ৪ᖒdኜيɪठഹ๡ࣳdЧϞ
a foreign town, making weathered signs and posters shimmer. The
߰ೌٙ৙๫d݈̈ɓ͠ɿΫኳٙᜳΈf objects bore the marks of time, faintly reflecting the echoes of decades
of memories.
