“Empty mind, pure spirit” originates from “The Medical Classic
of the Yellow Emperor.” Modern people are busy pursuing
external things, which exhausts their spirit, leading to physical
and mental fatigues, and they have no energy pursuing what
they want. Using “Empty Mind, Pure Spirit” as the title, I carved
the ancient teaching on seals as a reminder to self that I should
constantly reflect on self. I also share this teaching with all
viewers.
