gFor all award winners (including shortlisted participants) residing in Hualien,
Taitung and outlying islands,(depending on their registered domicile),
who wish to attend the award ceremony, the organizer will offer free
Afternoon of October 14 (Sat.), 2023 at Assembly Hall , 4F, Taichung City Hall, Taiwan
Award Ceremony accommodation for the evening of the ceremony.
Boulevard
gFor overseas and mainland Chinese participants who are awarded one of the
top three prizes in any category and wish to attend the award ceremony, the
organizer will provide three nights of free accommodation.

October 14 (Sat.) to November 1 (Wed.), 2023 at Da Dun Gallery gFor safety concerns, the organizer may request the participant to come to the
Exhibition (1–3, 5–7), Dadun Cultural Center at No. 600, Yingcai Rd., West Dist., exhibition site to assist in setting up the exhibition, or not to exhibit the work.
Exhibition of Award- Taichung City gThe submitted artworks cannot be exchanged or leased during the exhibition
Winning Works period.
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., November 3 (Fri.) to November 4 (Sat.), 2023 gThe methods of return include collecting in person, entrusting family members

at Dadun Cultural Center, Taichung City, Taiwan or business owners to collect or entrusting the bureau to return as an agent

gPlease follow the deadlines for submission and return of artworks. The organizer has sole discretion to handle these matters.
gThe organizer will cover the freight charge to return the additional artworks submitted by the first-prize winners of each category in the Da Dun Prize competition, and the artworks from overseas
and mainland Chinese.
gIf entrusting the bureau to return as an agent, the freight should be paid by contestants. The work will be return with the same packaging material when the works were submitted, the bureau will
not provide extra packaging material and extra insurance. Please properly package the work during the submission, in order to make the works return safely.
