Tap water, as long as we turn on the tab, water will continue to run, ІԸ˥̥ࠅҪ˥Ꮂ᎘ᔷකd˥ఱ๕๕ʔഒٙݴ̈ԸdึᜫҢ
giving us the illusion that water resource will never run dry.
In fact, it is not the case. In 2020, Taiwan had little precipitation ࡁϞ˥݊՟ʘʔးd͜ʘʔ။ٙ፹ᙂf
and no typhoon; and with its short rivers and rapid currents, ԫྼԨڢνϤd2020ϋΪމӚϞૠڠdჱࠬཀژʔɝd̋
many reservoirs su ered sedimentation. With reduced capacities ɪئݴ೵Ͼܢd˥ࢫΪ˥ɺڭܵʔԄிϓإӍ૳ጐdႅ˥ඎ ɝ፯
of reservoirs, Taiwan faced the worst water crisis in 56 years. As Short List
