Description
I remove the imagery of fleeing in the "Emperor
Xuanzong's Journey to Shu," and compare myself
to Emperor Xuanzong of Tang{suggesting my
current state of indulging in enjoyment and
running away from reality.
Emperor Xuanzong's court life resembles mine,
in which I stay in my comfort zone in the gym
whereas the imagery of fleeing reflects how I am
forced by myself to run away from my comfort
zone (the gym). The winding and rolling mountains
of Shu and steep trails in the background also echo
my inner rises and falls, and the di cult situation I
am facing.
