Description
In general, ancient seals come in various shapes and calligraphic styles; the expressions
are free and innocent, imaginative and unique. The many independent states during
the Warring States period gave rise to different cultures, and therefore, among the

vast number of ancient seals, there are diverse styles that are elegant or bold, grand or
intricate. I have studied ancient seals for years, and have come to the realization that I have
only probed the surface of this vast world, and I hope to learn more about it and improve
my knowledge every day.
