Description
The biggest difference between markets in
Macau and Taiwan is the color tone of lighting.
Markets in Macau have red or orange lights, and
therefore, the painting presents the real ambience
of markets in Macau. To me, market is a sacred
place; the environment is dirty and bloody, what
kind of mindset should people have working in
an environment like this? During break, or when
there is no customer, with what mindset should
vendors wait?
