Description
2017 National Arts Exhibition, ROC,
Shortlisted The migration, diaspora, perfection, and collapse of clouds and �igures in the painting are
metaphors of people waiting for a good turn at the corner of life. I have always believed
that chivalry is a bright scenery in dark times, so I paint that kind of life full of power in
my imagination, which symbolizes art that connects rapid changes and ideas. Through the
freely moving wind and cloud, the language of snow wolf, I appropriate healing context of
literature, philosophy, poetry, and imagination. I convey the bright existence of subjective
value and emotions through millennia, and wait to re�lect on the society’s tension and
distance, and interrelationship landscapes. I go beyond the critical point to be re-cured,
converted, and transformed for a new beginning.
