深邃的眼眸帶著空靈的幽思，觸動著
Watercolor Painting
選 優 ─ 探索生命之源…。昔日泰雅族女子織
布、耕種技術成熟…透過紋面取得婚
嫁資格，象徵成年的標誌。據載泰雅
族獨特的紋面文化于日領時期曾被嚴
禁！故藉水彩創作保留些曾經的生活
記憶。

Description
The deep gaze reveals a sense of
Award of Merit
ethereality to stir the life-exploring
origin. The Atayal girls in the old times
learned weaving and were skilled in
farming, and the tattoo on their faces
was like a rite de passage, symbolizing
that they were ready to get married. It
was said that the Atayal facial tattoo
culture was strictly prohibited during
the Japanese occupation, so I created
the watercolor painting to capture the
memory of their old way of living.
