水排放到大海，漁民們再撒網捕魚賣給居民吃，這種惡性循環危害大家的健康。

2009 Award of Merit, Kaohsiung Awards Certain Kaohsiung districts are surrounded by water, but most of the land is occupied
by chemical factories. The pungent smell of smog goes into the air while polluted
water goes into the ocean. Fishermen then catch fish from the polluted area and sell
them to residents. This terrible cycle of life only does harm to our health.
